Anniversary/Christmas Cruise

We live 20 minutes from a cruise port and Robert has never been on a cruise so we really wanted to take advantage of that before we move eventually. In October I found a really good deal on a 5 day cruise to Mexico in December so we decided it would be a great time to do it and have it be an anniversary and Christmas present. My parents were awesome enough to agree to come watch Kyleeann so we could go by ourselves.
On the ship, still in port.
Our room, the bed and tv
Our room, the closet, desk/dresser, bathroom door
First stop: Progreso Mexico
This is where we had lunch in Progrso, you can see our ship in the distance. Progrso has the longest pier in the world, 4 miles long. Our waiter brought us shots, they are in the bottom of the picture.

Robert in the ocean
At lunch. My hair is all crazy because we got hour long messages on the beach for $15. It was amazing!
Headed back to the ship
Second stop: Cozumel!
There were places to take touristy pictures all over the place!
Lots of guns...
The water was beautiful! If Galveston's water looked like that I would actually go in.
We fot Kyleeann a name bracelet. He made it in 4 minutes. It was really fun to watch.
I saw this as we were boarding the ship in Cozumel
Some of the fun we had on the ship: if we got to the shows early we would play cards until it started.
Our last night :) I really miss having someone else make the bed everyday and turn down service with chocolates. Oh and not cooking or cleaning or waking up on someone else's schedule.
We had a blast! I'm so glad we had the opportunity to go.

Christmas PJ's/dress

Kyleeann looks so cute in her Christmas pajamas from Grandma Sherri
Thanks Grandma Sherri!

Cute pictures with Grandma and Grandpa before church

Kyleeann's Christmas photo shoot pictures
I love how they turned out!

Miscellaneous December Pictures

We were at Michael's when we found a extra large version of Pinky (Kyleeann's pink stuffed owl).
Here she is with the large one, I love how she is holding it.
Kyleeann likes to take the chair cushions off and make a "nest" by the window. She will bring blankets, food, toys, basically anything and everything.
She loves to give hugs! Her she is hugging her sippy of water and a sippy of milk.

Apple time

Today Kyleeann decided to eat an apple under the table. I do not know why. She likes to pull the chair cushions off the chair so that is what she is leaning on.

Play Corner

Now that we are staying in this apartment and not moving I decided rearrange things. I moved the two bookcases from this corner turned it into a play corner. I was tired of trying to keep Kyleeann from pulling the books off and her toys just overfilling a basket in a random place. I was so excited for it and thought she would love it and she hasn't really cared.
I am so glad I did it. Her toys were a mess but it was in the corner so I didn't care and do not feel like it makes my whole apartment feel messy like it did before.

Happy Anniverary

Happy Three Year Anniversary!
Top Left to right: wedding day, 1 year Anniversary
Bottom left to right: two year anniversary, 3 year anniversary.

It was actually yesterday but I didn't get on here because I had a busy night. Robert worked and I was in charge of a Relief Society activity. That was fine because our anniversary present is going on a cruise in December. It is our anniversary/Christmas present and I am so excited for it, it is my happy thought to get me through when I am really tired or stressed.

15 month appointment

Kyleeann had her 15 month appointment on Wednesday.
She is in the 33% for height and 27% for weight. She has always been around those percentages for height and weight so that is no surprise.

Happy Halloween

Happy Halloween!
It was Kyleeann's first time trick or treating!
She liked her bucket but wouldn't carry it while we were outside.
Kyleeann with some of the friends we went trick or treating with
She is such a cute owl!
She would walk until we got too close to people and then she would stop and stare. We carried her for a lot of it too.
This morning she had lots of fun playing with her candy loot

Branch Halloween Bash

Friday night was our Branch Halloween party. Robert and I were contestants on The Price is Right-College Edition. Kyleeann was an owl.
Kyleeann and Addison, they are 6 weeks apart.
Kyleeann was walking a little at the party but I didn't get any pictures.
Thanks Ashlee for the awesome pictures!

Random crazy girl

The teller at the bank thought Kyleeann was adorable and gave her a sucker. I let her have it at the store for entertainment while I shopped. This was her first sucker, I'm surprised she knew what to do and she had the whole thing no problem.
Yesterday for her morning nap she slept with a book on her face. I have no idea how that could have been comfortable or why she did it.
She is still using chairs and baskets to walk around faster.
I have no idea what or why she is doing this. She did it a lot yesterday afternoon. We have one random kid.
We took a walk outside today. She will walk with just holding onto one hand.

Pumpkin Patch

For play group this week went to a pumpkin patch on the island. It was a lot of fun! They read the kids stories, took a tour of the pumpkins, danced to some music, and they gave out Halloween coloring sheets.
I really need to work on my picture taking timing skills:
Lots of fun shaped and textured gourds!
There were adorable mini pumpkins for $1
Kyleeann picked one to take home
I did put her in pigtails for the pumpkin patch but she got them out on the drive there so I put them back in when we got home.
Today was also Grandpa Dave's birthday!
Happy Birthday Grandpa!
We had to have a few photo options to send Grandpa his birthday wishes and I thought I would share a few
